During the Opening Session of the Virtual 21st IFAC World Congress, Paul Van den Hof was appointed as IFAC Advisor.
IFAC Advisors are appointed for life by the President of IFAC; they may be consulted by the active officers on any matter related to the Federation or given special assignments as the President deems appropriate. The appointment was made after Paul’s completion of his term as IFAC Vice-President and Chair of the Executive Board in the triennium 2017-2020.
